SHREC Free Conference – Strategies to promote well-being for school staff

SHREC Free Conference – Strategies to promote well-being for school staff

Thursday 30th March, 10am – 12.30pm

This is a free, short course for Headteachers, Governors, Senior Leadership Teams and Middle Managers, designed to provide you with effective strategies to promote the well-being of all staff within your school.

The event is being jointly hosted by SHREC and the NUT, and will be opened by Noel Hulse (NUT Regional Officer, North West) who will talk about how poor well-being is having an increasingly negative effect in a growing number of schools.

SHREC works with many schools and we recognise that there are increasing number of staff who are being affected by stress, anxiety and other work-related mental health conditions. This is why, we at SHREC, believe that this course will benefit all of those responsible for people management within schools.

We would encourage all to attend this free course. Refreshments will be provided and there will be the opportunity for networking.

This course can also be delivered as part of school INSET programmes – please contact Sophie Tothill, sophie@shrec.biz, for any enquiries.

Refreshments will be provided during the course.
